MVC2 7-Point Team Randomizer

This app will pick a randomized team in MVC2 based on the 7-Point Team idea first proposed by Justin Wong on 17 March 2021.

Some notes:
- Roll will NEVER get picked unless enough people suggest it.
- Duplicates will not be chosen.
- The first button will generate a team that will always equal 7 points.
- The other button will generate a team that may or may not add up to 7, but will never be more.
- Format for characters chosen below will be: CHARACTER, ASSIST TYPE
